Canine Academy is hosting a public event at Legacy 925 on Feb. 26th and March 5th at 11:00am.
We are inviting the community to learn from Terry Swanson, Tester for Therapy Dogs International, exactly what is required of a Registered Therapy Dog/Owner Team and the impact they will have on the community.
Testing on Feb. 26th has been filled. Testing on March 5th is still open. To register a dog for testing, the owner will enroll at www.tdi-dog.org. Future testing dates will be posted, based on demand.
Audience members (humans only), in attendance on both dates will have an opportunity to watch multiple dogs test and learn how to register their dog for future testing.
